Refund policy

Make sure to carefully read the item's description for its return policy. Wedding gowns are final sale, Upcycle items have a 3 day return policy, and Little White Dresses have a 10 day return policy.

We do our best to provide the highest quality possible, but if there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately.

To return an eligible item in the US, please email sales@carol-hannah.com.   Refunds will be issued less original shipping costs in the same way in which you paid.  Please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.

All items must be unused, unworn, and in unaltered condition. Carol Hannah reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fit these specified criteria. In this instance the item will be returned to the buyer via USPS ground.
